The Dave, I sure hope so! Anything other than a response to the contrary does not look good for us investors! Tomorrow will be an interesting day. I have done some research on Hindenburg and obviously there is an agenda, which in the past, due to inaccurate allegations, has gotten them into trouble. Time will tell. Fingers crossed. GLTA

As I don't tend to follow KNDI closely I haven't looked at the Hindenburg report, but I recall that Hindenburg did a smear on another company that I own perhaps 6 months ago. The effects of that attack didn't affect the share price for very long. In regard to KNDI responding, I saw this: Kandi Responds to Inaccurate Short Report Nasdaq:KNDI (globenewswire.com)

Further to what I wrote below, the prior Hindenburg Research short attack I referred to was against NexTech (NTAR) in early February. Hard to know the impact on the stock price as that was just before the market started imploding due to covid. Today NTAR is around 6.33, compared to about $1.80 when Hindenburg's report came out. No long term damage, and from what I heard, the report was garbage

Sorry for not responding earlier but I don't follow this stock so much anymore and don't come to this board much. Still have some shares but sold about 80% over the last year. I do think that KNDI can get back to $20. My understanding is that the large short interest is still there, though the make-up of the float has changed over the last few months given the share offering last fall. It
