RE:Paul offers more shade than a treeIMO not a difficult case to support a view that he is using wrong cooridnates on the ethical and moral compass, and the damage going forward is irreparable, and things could get much worse for us in this gamble. As to that insider transaction, i think it is reasonable to suggest that it was made during what should have been a blackout period especially in advance of news that he knew would be devastating. It would not be very complex I would think for iiroc or the osc, not sure which one of the regulators is the apropriate one, to look into if they knew, and judge its appropriateness from different angles including the benefit he repead before the devastation to the shareholders. Them's the gambles you take on lesser exchanges...tsx-v and neo I suppose. Not only the risk whether the business has what it takes to succeed but also how, what, if and when you will receive important information for your invrstment decision. In this case, you have a company that does not even entertain questions during an agm or conference calls. With BC, that should have been an easy sign for all of us to bail, but he dangled the core business growth bait.
