As for Biowater, municipalities that wanted to track covid, for example, through waste water had technologies available for a couple of years at least. Not real time, but it does not sound like there was much urgency. You can do things to get results on anything faster if really wanted to. We were fast tracked for HC if I recall correctly.
There is no real good news that can make up for how things were handled here IMO. I expect the covenant breach to be resolved, just a matter how much it is going to cost. And the covenant is only the symptom of the real problem of being tied into losing contracts.
But i am sure folk will rejoice for anything at this point. I will only rejoice miraculous BC revival which would truly be a miracle since PG couldn't even utter the word for last couple of years.
