I dont know if there were any issues that Eric had with KORE, but clearly he wanted to realize a sizeable capital loss. From placement history, looks like his cost might be in the 70s (his last big placement was $7.5M at $1). So immediate tax savings for him in the 18 cent range (plus 2 cents on sale). So clearly he doesnt think there is any real chance for upside above that.
no debt to make bankruptcy a real issue. but it will be dilutive keeping the lights on.
