Re:the uncertainty of whether the stock of WestGold would be listed on the TSX I'm sure to get regulatory approval they will be require to list in Canada.

I watched it last night and found it very informative. Lots of good points as to why this is a good deal./merger. I highly recomend that if you own shares you need to watch it.

Yes I agree with some of this but the money is not coming all from Westgold the money is coming from our bank and the spin company is our assets from Dumont and Kali  so for their shareholders to ...more

Canadian Market shows Westgold Resources current price $1.44 Can. Down .08 . I used yesterdays Market figure.  This is not a good deal as far as I'm concerned.
