Voted No

Voted NoFor the sale to be approved, at least 2/3 of the shares must vote yes.  I have 550K shares of KSK -- and I voted no.  While I know that my number of shares alone won't carry the day for the no's, I hope other shareholders recognize that this deal doesn't seem fair to the ordinary KSK shareholder.  Personally, I have not been happy with Grant Ewing's leadership culminating in this sale.  I support bringing back Caulfield (formerly of Rimfire) if he will agree to the job.  Caulfield always struck me as highly intelligent/innovative - and a man of honor.  I also liked Jason Weber - but IMO Caulfield was the top manager of the bunch.

Disclosure and disclaimer:  I own shares of KSK, just my opinions, and not investment advice.
