The Company holds three precious metal projects and reviews other prospective gold properties. The Company’s projects include Si2 Gold, Wels and Mojave. The Si2 Gold Project is located in Esmeralda County, Nevada, approximately 60 kilometers (km) northwest of Tonopah, Nevada, and 20 km northwest of Allegiant Gold’s Eastside deposit (1.4Moz Au, 8.8 Moz Ag). The project is road accessible and consists of 118 Bureau of Land Management (BLM) lode claims covering 986 hectares (Ha). Wels Project is located in Western Yukon, approximately 40 km from Beaver Creek, YT and 60 km south of Newmont Goldcorp’s 4Moz Coffee deposit. The project consists of 350 contiguous quartz claims covering approximately 7200 hectares. The Mojave Project is located in Inyo County, California.

You mentioned in your Yearly Review that it would be complete early February.

                                 When can we expect a final EIS?
