Thanks for this MMM. On the face of it, this exploration deal looks like a great idea for K2. Management has its hands full with 3 excellent projects being Wels, Mojave, and Si2. This money is also welcome because...... And this is important.......................... K2 stock is not unnecessarily diluted. JMHO
