RE: What does a director do to warrantI have mostly been giving PDG the benefit of the doubt but I agree it is very hard to justify the falling share price and chalk it up to purely 'market conditions' when presented with the insider report below... and given the history here as well.  IMO there is plenty of time to issue options once a company has proven its worth... a non-producing explorer in a depressed market when cash is king should not be issuing such a large number of options to directors in the first place... IMO... especially when they turn around and simultaneously exercise and sell them into the public market.  It stinks IMO.  The next time I am evaluating a company and I see such reckless issuance/exercise/selling of such cheap options I will be likely choose not to bother with that company.  Lesson learned.
