Deja Vu(2008) one director sold stock below the price he got optioned for! Said he needed the money he was getting out before the fall to a record low. this stock has such a nefarious reputation that nothing untoward should ever be done to create doubt. There are too many shares out and its history clearly shows the Board is not one to protect the retail shareholders, on the contrary!!! BEWARE OF THE BOARD!!
