Greek Elections-noithing has really changed... and so the markets are telling us so.....the titering EUro is still around and getting a bit stronger, while hte US$ is about even...lurking in the background is the Syrian crisis...Russia,s Putin is in personal talks with most western leaders...something is definitely UP...Despite the "conforting" stories about Assad being taken to exile by russians forces, as it tuns out that the Russians aided by China and iRAN ++ ARE sending armed warships flotilla to support Assad in Syria against any military move by the US$, in attempt to control SYRIA, AS THE US$ DID IN OTHER "SPRIING" Oil expoeting arab countries...Russia and Iran, who is also backing $$$ Assad in Syria, are both majpr Oil exporting countries, and are not happy campers with this low Oil price...
Of course there is always the inevetable SUNY vs sHIA conflict looming in the background...Syrias Assad is a SHIA, and of course Iran is alo SHia, and the Russians are in for much bigger returns on their OIL...NO I don,t think we,ve heard the last of this current struggle, and could indirectly involve way,way down the road, Saudi Arabai and its OIL...They too have a LARGE SHIA population, especially around the most productive Oil Fields/reserves...let<s see what actually develops in the Syria crtisis...
It;s not all peace and quiet for the US$, as history has shown us....
