is there a buyout coming?

First we had the delay in releasing the updated resource estimate, now I see some effort to keep the price from appreciating, which leads to believe somebody is trying to pick this up for ~.90/share.

Who would be selling into the bid yesterday with a surprise to the upside resource estimate.....this should have jumped .10 on the news at least!
