When a warrant is forced to be exercised early it denies investors the chance to profit .
 Moving the exercise date up 2 years shows how much management really does NOT care about the shareholders.
The warrant is a perk for investors- taking that away from us G.Goose shareholders is like a slap in the face.
Plus the timing is piss poor.
As the stock price drifts sideways and down( after May thru summer traditionally)
 this is the worst time (as a warrant holder) to be forced to exercise our lot.
I dont understand what motives management to screw shareholders and deny them decent gains
but I dont like it as I see the possibility of PDG  drifting lower- possibly to the 45 cent mark making the warrants worthless.

create a new co. and screw em over good

Mgt. good move.Cash up now before or if  the  warrants expire later.  If they expire later the co. will have to dilute further with another offering at a lower price.Money now it better than money later the PDG recaptures the time value of the warrant.maybe it is your varacious buy that drove the stock up so high so fast that gave mgt. the option to accel. warrant expiration.Good
