I think its a good price considering the

uncertain times that we live in and quiet honestly there are to many economic problems in the world that might take a decade to fix so i think the take-over was the right thing to do under circumstances...I know the company has great fundamentals and that in normal economic environment it could have done sooo much better....i'm happy.....this is all my own opinion
