What are catalysts?

Just wondering what are the catalysts for this stock and how can we increase production further.

Historically company has done a good job increasing production from:

2007: 54 000 ounces
2008: 72 000 ounces
2009: 95 000 ounces
2010: approximately 140 ounces

As I see it the next big thing is the Hassai VMS, but what other major projects are there. There is some talk of Boundouko but I dont know much about this project. Does anyone know what other major developments are in the pipeline?

I should add corporate presentation has 2011: over 150 000 ounces2012: 180 000 ouncesWhat is the possibility of speeding up growth through acquisitions?
