it could be an offer, but also a NR related to the outcome of the ownership negotiations in Sudan. Tomorrow is July 14, the national holliday of France and suspect the news release is timed to coincide with the market closing in France.

Editorial today in the NY Times today about Sudan and So Sudan both broke and desparate for cash. That might induce Sudan to sell more ownership to LMA.

yup, im not complaining since my average is 2.50, but it is somewhat disappointing. unfortunately most quality companies are going to be taken out on the cheap.

Does anyone know when we get a chance to vote on this offer? Thanks in advance.

Your vote won't matter.Areva owns 63% so they get the final decision. So,unless the buyer backs out,it's sold for C$3.50.
