Did you miss the fact that Liberty Mines was up for sale?? It was public knowledge. The cold hard fact is this deal was negotiated and this is the deal that gave us the best chance of coming out of this the alternative is your shares and mine would have been worthless. So yah I think Jilin Jien got a great deal and I think they will make a lot of money at it but so will the shareholders in the long run. The truth will come if liberty can make some money and buy back the preferred then that will shut up the critics like you. 

As far as Jilen buying shares they are now considered a insider and they would have to report to the securities commission when they do buy or sell shares just like your hero Gary Nash.

Yes you are right Jilin Jien never paid for byproducts before but as Wander said that Liberty can sell there product to wherever they get the best deal. I think Jilen will be very close to what xstra is/was offering. IF that is the case will you stop with the conspiracy theory??
