RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Nickel Over $9/Lb. What aboutJohn,
I dont know why you are complaining about Gary not getting enough $$ to get to production? I could understand if he had to go to the market at $.20 to get the money and further dilute the company but he got a loan in order to do it otherwise we would have had to do a 20 million share financing at 20 cents to get the money and yes then Jilin Jien would have exercised 20 million preferred shares at 11 cents and we would have been diluted another 40 million shares and you would have actually had a right to be ranting and raving!! The fact is Gary does have the money now to get to full production so quit complaining about that one.

As far as the preferred goes Liberty can buy them back before May 2011 for 11 cents a share but Jilin Jien does have the right to exercise them at any time (which they would do if we did a share offering so they can keep the ownership at 51%) My beleif is they will not exercise them (if we dont do any financings) until May 2011 and by them I am betting that we will have paid them off (as long as nickel keeps cooperating). You continue to look at the worse case senario that the Chinese are trying to screw us they have not done it yet so I am giving them the benefit of the doubt.

What we get for our nickel whether it is from Xstrata or the Chines will be competitive I dont see it being way less than what Xstrata was giving us if it is then the Chines will be shooting themselves in the foot if they want to do other deals with other Canadian companies....thats the way I see it time will tell who is right.
