So why, to the media, did LBE not say that 51% of LBE was taken outright by JJ? That is a critical & material change, don't you think? They also failed to mention the convertable debt...hmmm

Also  the timing is interesting. The basher thugs come and bash away at ISM (something they haven't done for a while) a few days before critical information is given to the press (although deceptive). This smells like direction from above to me! AND poof the stock goes up on high volume!!...Yup smells like a rat to me.. I would not be surprised if the SEC takes yet another close look at LBE..and they should.

I have also noticed that the LBE pump team starts talking about things before they are public knowledge thru press releases. Could it be that information has been ahead of the public?
