I don't think the Chinese are your enemies at all. They are your creditors and majority share holder. They will act in accordance with their interersts. Their interest is to make money; the way to do that is increase their ownership. Unfortunately for LBE share holders, their previous management put them in a real pickle financialy which led to the 51% takeover of LBE in the first place.
