Heh guys

Heh guys, I know how much you love me but on a more serious note.

What has anyone gained by the continued conflict? Really all that has occured is bad blood between a great number of people. Bad blood between two companies.  Litigation against some.  In case everyone has not noticed, both stocks are down substantially. Does anyone think this conflict is helping either stock? Be honest and act accordingly.
