He knows 40% of LBE - Redstone has not demonstrated viability. That really rattled him because he was using the same tactic on ISM but indicated values are much better than infered. In other words, he shot his mouth off and it came back to him big time. The stock is overpriced, the Chinese took 51%, the Chinese are likelihood to take up to 76% and the shareholders got the shaft big time. It really makes the economic outlook for LBE look very questionable indeed.
