The Chinese community is an important component as far as retail investment capital in Canada, and have been for a number of years. Witness the special services effort recently put forth by TD Waterhouse. Along with all the other communities that are interested in investing in growing resource companies, the Chinese community will add to the trading base that will develop as LBE moves into the profitable producer category. They will likely feel somewhat attracted to the Jilin Jien involvement - I know I am.
