What's getting real old rocksolid is your continual lying. No one told LBE to go into care and maintenance. LBE was in the process of arranging financing at the time that the commodity crisis/global financial crisis was brewing.  These events don't happen overnight, the financial crisis commenced in September 2008 according to the National Bureau of Economic Research. The commodities collapse reached its sharpest downturn in the fourth quarter of 2008. Liberty was monitoring the situation on a daily basis, as these outside forces were delaying interfering with completion of financing arrangements. On October 31, 2008, after previous disclosures of difficulties in finalizing financing, and after already initiating preliminary shutdowns/slowdowns, announced the care and maintenance program at their mines. They were of the earlier operations to do, so.

And you say "everyone" told LBE to do this. That's pure hogwash! LBE decided this on their own - I challenge you to back up what you claim with just one substantiating piece of evidence.

There's some very good evidence that you have no ability to give any opinion on mining company economics. Your forecast that ISM would be a $5 billion company in 2007, provides that evidence. After that buffoonery, how in the hell can you pretend to know when care and maintenance is in order. The other thing, is you were absent on this forum from the spring of 2008 until early 2010 - so who was this "everyone" you refer to?

So rocksolid47, I say you are again lying. And I say that you are using false information to make defamatory remarks about management. There's a legal name used to describe those actions. Would you care to prove what you claim by pasting corroborating evidence? Or are you willing to let your libelous comments stand, unsubstantiated?
