RE: AGM Presentation on website

RE: AGM Presentation on websiteRocky,

I know you have a bit of a problem with English, but as I admire people who do attempt to use a second language, I'll explain.

1. You said "Keep dreaming like LBE actually owns the company still...It doesn't."

I asked what kind of a nitwit you were, saying LBE doesn't own LBE. Maybe you could explain what you meant that LBE doesn't own the company - doesn't own what company?

I know Jilin Jien owns 51% of LBE shares, they bought shares at the market price to get this holding - which along with debt financing they provided is allowing LBE to become a profitable mid tier nickel producer.

2. I was referring to an earlier promise that LBE will develop producing mines. This has been done - which is the same as the promise "is" kept.  So what is your point, I didn't call you an idiot, but your response is that of a fool - or an idiot, if you prefer.

I do know the difference between promises and performance - for example ISM's promise that exploration will be continued after the dewatering permit which will be received. The "will" be done involved here were not the same as
"is". One of many examples of promises and plans, but nothing performed.

3. Where do you get the idea that the mill is recycled crap?  And what difference where it was bought? The important fact is that its capable of performing the required task - as was proven when it easily accomplished the desired tonnage when tested last month - when LBE completed another promised milestone on schedule.

4. You say LBE will not become a profitable producing mining company until the debt is paid off? Another comment of a fool. How many profitable companies are you aware of that don't have debt? Name some examples. Companies incur debt to grow and maintain their business - and pay off the debt from the profits.

Of course your investment of choice has not reached the point that it could obtain a loan, because it has no demonstrated economic viability - therefore no profits to service debt or pay dividends.

When do you expect to get your first dividend cheque, Rocky? Hurts, and makes you angry, doesn't it Rocky.
