RE: RE: Jilin Jien and profitvictor2009,

I would have thought you could have figured it out.  Spare me your little put-downs and sarcasm already.   Have you read the FULL agreement between Jilin Jien and Liberty Mines?  Do you know what's in it?  I don't know either, nor, I'm guessing does anyone else.  Insiders are privy to the deal but small shareholders are not.  That's why they own most  of everything and we don't.

There IS something you've probably heard of.  It's called the "Golden Rule".  He who has the gold makes the rules.

I don't know what agreement Jilin Jien and Liberty Mines made but I DO know Jilin Jien is in control.  As CEO, Gary Nash works for the shareholders.   Jilin Jien is the largest shareholder so they are his employer.  We don't know what happens behind closed doors but certainly all shareholders are not equal nor do all have equal access to information.  We only have management's word that they don't want to take the company private.  Why not?  I think they WILL take Liberty Mines private which eliminates a LOT of expenses and reporting and putting up with shareholders.   If they do not and they allow those convertible preferred shares to be repurchased then I will be the first to say they did as they promised.   That said,  I dislike MY fate decided by the integrity by a third party who has NO reason to help me.   Why you are so trusting I have no idea.

Perhaps YOU can tell me [us] your REAL name [rather than your Nom de Guerre] and why you're so defensive about Liberty Mines!   Are you an insider?   You attack anyone who you disagree with.  After 'listening' to you for over three years it does get tiresome.  Anyway, tell us why YOU like this stock.  To me it's just another stock/company.  I can hardly  wait.
