RE: Up and Down
RE: Up and DownJunior Strom wants to know if anyone disagrees with him, and if so why? How many times, and how many people does he expect to respond to this question?
He again expounds on why he thinks this company is a losing proposition for the minority shareholder. and continues to refer to "we" - indicating he is a fellow shareholder.
I repeat: Something to consider when assessing Junior's pronouncements - with his professed knowledge about how this company should have proceeded, but didn't; and his professed knowledge that the ultimate result is further share price losses - why does he still say "we"?
The answer is:
1. He hasn't got the courage of his own convictions
2. He's not a shareholder (at least to any pertinent degree) and is therefore not a "we"
3. He's awfully damned stupid
4. Maybe a combination of the above three.
My guess is that Junior didn't "have the faith" and couldn't bring himself to average down his unfortunate timing in investing - and he bit the bullet and sold his position. Now he's taking the bashing route, to blame others for his investment woes, and in hope that "we" all fail like he did. This being the case, I think he's in for more disappointment, along with one more much needed blow to his ego.
Another thing to consider is, when did Junior achieve this expertise he flaunts in assessing mining companies. It must have been sometime after he invested in LBE or in the other one he spends hours bashing - because he admits to taking a substantial haircut in both. So what indication is there that his new found expertise is tested by the "put your money where your mouth is" reality test?
