Rocky/TPB

As I predicted, the Rabbit did come and do his thing for LBE.  He was just so quick, you probably missed it like so many other things you do. LBE recently announced mid July it is running at full production; something you said we would never see happen.   After the 3rd and 4th quarter results are released, it is my prediction you will likely disappear like your other alias drillbit.

For years now, we have listened to your “promotion” that ISM was going to prove up one of the largest economically extractable Ni resource in all of North America.  I think the term was "a billion pounds and counting". Whose opinion proved accurate by the results released from the Independent Micon Resource Report?

As I have mentioned for years, the only thing ISM may prove up in their Micon Resource Report would probably be a McWatters sized deposit from the L-1.  So far, over five years in the making, the company hasn’t even been able to prove up 1 pound of economically extractable Ni.  I am still of the opinion, that eventually ISM will prove a McWatters sized deposit, but the  information stating that the Micon Report was based on ISM building its own mill was a big surprise to all. Knowing this now, I would have to say the chances of ISM ever building its own mill for such a small deposit will be very remote.

Whose opinion proved out regarding the restatement in ISM’s A.I.F. when ISM first stated they could “Open Pit the L-2 to two hundred meters within their current land boundaries” without encroaching on others properties?  Why else would the company take that statement out?  If it were true, they could have just left it in and showed the Technical Report backing up that statement!

Whose opinion was correct when it was said ISM would never spend the full amount of the flow through funds in the allotted time?

Overall, I think my record on predictions and opinions of ISM have been fairly accurate to say the least.

This whole squabble over these boards the last years have been about what the Micon Report would prove up regarding the promoted size of an economically extractable Ni resource.  If you haven’t already noticed, that report was released 6 months ago, and the Market has given you the clearest independent opinion it can.

There is really nothing more to discuss about ISM.  In my opinion, it is a company that is in complete disarray and needs a house cleaning from top to bottom.  Sorry, but that may be the only way to save any shareholder value remaining.  Hopefully someone else can better utilize the cash funds left over to recoup some of the investor losses that have been caused by much of your promotion.

Best
