I will have to have a closer look at the financials and correct me if I am wrong but it appears they did not pay down any of the covertible debt. Looks like Jilin Jien just got a little closer to taking over.

Cash operating profit from mining operations was $708,516 before non-cash charges....Thats it for a whole quarter? Good luck paying down that debt.......not a chance
