RE: RE: The LBE Truth Is Clear & Concise!Legend7,

But I have already answered your questions.  You referenced your monthly estimates, and I referenced the numbers from the SRK Preliminary Economic Feasibility study, the last set of LBE Financial Statements and MD&A.  The numbers from the SRK report provide the most credible reference as to the mining potential and cost at this point in time.  As I stated in my post in reference to the Hart SRK report, that report was based on NI at $7.70CDN.  Nickel just broke $11 yesterday and this certainly helps the numbers.  However, that is the price of NI today.  I am sure that you must follow the impact of the global economy and the uncertainty that is associated with it.  The price of NI  is a stated risk in the LBE Financial Statements and the MD&A.  We all witnessed what happen to NI prices in the downturn in 2008.  US and Europe are floundering in the global economy; the war in Afghanistan is taking its toll; China is aggressively asserting its might in altercations with India, Japan, control of the China Sea, currency manipulation, etc; and worldwide terrorism appears to be a growing threat.  The economies in Europe, UK, United States and Canada are projected to be very sluggish for the next number of years.  The US debt load is just crippling with China underwriting most of that debt.  All of these things affect commodity prices and are certainly a risk going forward.  As for the "preferred" shares, you ask "What if they don't convert?".  Any discussion pertaining to that would be simply speculative as only JJ knows what its future plans are there.  But in the mean time it is a real threat to minority LBE shareholders because it exists and it is real.  You will notice in my SRK/Hart analysis I did clearly publish, in bold, the Life of Mine potential returns on Hart at $7.70CDN NI if the "preferred" shares were not converted, and if the "preferred" shares were converted. This handles both of the only two scenarios so that a reader can draw his own conclusions.  What I have put forward is objective analysis that is open for objective criticism and I ignore the personal crap!  Posters that ignore the facts and resort to personal attacks do so to deflect from the truth.  Objective open discussion allows everyone to form their own opinions and invest accordingly.
