Doingthejob/Aatozz,
You’re beginning to sound and act a lot like “Chicken Little”!
“I am sure that you must follow the impact of the global economy and the uncertainty that is associated with it. The price of NI is a stated risk in the LBE Financial Statements and the MD&A. We all witnessed what happen to NI prices in the downturn in 2008. US and Europe are floundering in the global economy; the war in Afghanistan is taking its toll; China is aggressively asserting its might in altercations with India, Japan, control of the China Sea, currency manipulation, etc; and worldwide terrorism appears to be a growing threat. The economies in Europe, UK, United States and Canada are projected to be very sluggish for the next number of years. The US debt load is just crippling with China underwriting most of that debt. All of these things affect commodity prices and are certainly a risk going forward”.
Every stock has a risk to it Aatozz and its very obvious LBE doesn’t fit into your investment plans.
On the other hand, many investors see LBE is a risk they are willing to take. Most of us here are pretty comfortable with having JJ as a partner. LBE shares are slowly appreciating; McWatters is working its way through its low grade ore from the open pit; and soon the richer ore below will be making its way to the Redstone Mill. Production levels increased over Q-2; and Q-4 will do the same over Q-3. LBE’s goals are all moving forward as planned, and the market is slowly starting to notice that. The hiring of the newest Geologist is another integral move that will benefit all shareholders as the LBE team continues to discover new Pods in the Shaw Dome over the coming years.
“Liberty would also like to announce that Peter Caldbick, PGeo, joins the company today as vice-president exploration. Mr. Caldbick has been active in exploration and mining for the past 27 years throughout Northern Ontario and Quebec, Newfoundland and the Northwest Territories in the positions of exploration geologist, mine geologist and consultant. He was directly responsible for building and managing the exploration teams that led to the discovery of Golden Chalice Resources' Langmuir nickel discovery adjacent to one of Liberty's mining claims in the Shaw Dome nickel belt. His exploration experience and insight into the formation of nickel deposits will be invaluable to the continued development of Liberty's resources.
Dr. Gary Nash, Liberty's president and chief executive officer, commented: "We consider the Shaw Dome nickel belt underexplored with significant potential for additional nickel discoveries. It may be the only region in the Abitibi greenstone belt that has nickel deposits associated with komatiitic extrusions and intrusions. With our fine team of geologists, we have the ability to discover new nickel deposits and increase our mine reserves from new and existing ore bodies”.
As LBE continues its drive to become a mid tier producer; it is also evident by the markets reaction it too sees many positives down the way. Your “chicken little” attitude isn’t working Aatooz. Before the Wolf fools you into his den, (as was done once before), pick up some shares of LBE and make a few bucks over the next year.
