I got the same text messages.

With some due diligence, I managed to find and validate the management team and directors. However, in January they replaced their outside accountants, with, a firm that, in late 2023 was fined by the PCAOB (Public Companies Accounting Oversight Board).

Looks fishy, gotta say, no shortage of shares moving though.....

I think right now they are working on building an app, though their site does say they are providing charging stations - but not sure exactly where they are providing charging stations, which are likely leased.
