Lumina has lots of copper but you can't build a mine on its claim.
Nor can BHP.
If BHP makes an offer it is unlikely to be a fair offer.
I think that the management of Lumina is not thinking straight on this invitation.
They have made this invitation too early.
This smacks of desperation.
