If they JV'ed the project 50:50, how does LCC plan to finance it's half of the +3 bln capex? It's market cap is $295 mm right now. If you could the NAV down from $30 bucks to $15 and assume some dilution for equity raises, all of a sudden you have a share price that is already trading in line with comparable companies (~0.5x P/NAV, etc). I think there's still downside risk. I wouldn't touch below 6.50 - and that's just for a quick trade.
