You know of a deal that is being discussed? Tell me more. BHP is an unlikely suitor and Lumina have made an unsolicited approach to an uninterested BHP.

Meanwhile, a JV is being discussed and all parties are interested.

Shareholders are far better off with a JV involving exploration than with being taken over at this stage.

And the exploration is affordable.

And Lumina has already got all the exploration gear there.

All it has to do is reach an agreement to move it about 50 metres in to a neighbouring claim.
