You still haven't explained why in your view a mining operation wasn't feasible before the JV. I haven't seen anything in your earlier posts which explains this.

And please, stop with the "Salta's resources are more interesting than Lumina's" There hasn't been a single hole drilled on the Salta claims. Nobody knows what the claims hold. Lumina on the other hand has proven out a massive indicated and inferred resource. Resources like that are very rare. Hopefully the Salta claims end up being nearly as good, but you've got a long way to go before you reach that point.
