RE:RE:$10(+) ? That’s a very good point mangkang and this is a logical explanation (I forgot about those alternatives options):
- Option 1 : $5.00 in cash and 0.2174 of a First Quantum common share ($23.5 as reference) = $10.11 / LCC share
- Option 2 : 0.4348 of a First Quantum common share and $0.01 in cash (under conditions) = $10.23 / LCC share
- Option 3 : Cash (under conditions) = $10.00 / LCC share
