The reason  is they only issued a loan at this time  to complete the work they have in progress, lawyers, paperwork, blah, blah...

Like someone said earlier"  why give away cheap shares right now ". The other option was change of control meaning a buy-out and the loan is re-payed right away . If the resource gets bigger in six months this thing could be at 40 billion lbs of copper and 5 .5 million oz of gold .They can easily do more financing if the  need at higher prices. They must provide these options as per securities rules .Reputible group here . Getting ready to put the SOLD sign up
