Investors who, till now ,didn't take advantage of the low stockprice to buy (or to accumulate) are adviced not to wait any longer.  The project is due to be finalized before the end of the year. Sellingprice around 25 cad.

One of the reasons which could also attract or convince possible buyers/investors is the fact that YPF is back in talks with Chevron about the oilmining of its Argentina project.  This could renew the interest of a large number of investors that left Argentina in the first place after the Repsol case.
