From 27% to 22% seems impossible. Dilutiion would require around 9 million new shares which would have raised more than $80 million. That has not happened between Septamber and November. So if the numbers are right, he must have been selling quite a lot. How certain are those numbers?

The last $'s came from a private placement and Lumina Capitol Corp. loan was repaid. Perhaps the 2.5million shares were part of RB's stash, and formed paymentfor him arranging the transaction. Skibum2

@ Krogh, I know the numbers are right. The September presentation said Ross Beaty owned 27%. The October presentation said he owned 25%. And now he owns 22%. This makes no sense because if you get moving averages, this means that the only one that's selling is, is Ross Beaty. Yesterday bought another 200. Now in this for 3,1K
