Money  can  not  be  raised  in  the  open  market  below  .05c...that's  the  rules. Now  if  they  did  raised  it  at  .05,  wouldn't  that  be  a  boost ?  It  had  to  be  a  flow-through  placement  but  who  would  pay  .05  when  they  can  buy  it  right  now  for  half  of  that ?

They  might  have  to  get  a  convertible  loan. One  way  or  the  other,  they  need  the  money  to  explore.
