"SPECIAL MEETING RESULTS
August 10, 2012 DELTA, B.C. – Logan Copper Inc. (“LC”) (TSX.V: LC) wishes to announce the results
of the special meeting of shareholders held on Friday, August 10, 2012 to consider a consolidation of the
Company shares and a change to the Company name.
At the Meeting a majority of the votes cast by Company shareholders were voted in favour of the
consolidation of the Company shares on an up to 10 for 1 consolidation ratio. The motion to approve the
change of the Company name was also approved.
The Board of Directors will convene a meeting of Directors in order to determine the exact share
consolidation ration and the final name selection in the near future. "
