RE: RE: RE: Logan Copper site not available. New data from sedar - dated April 10, 2013. Updated information (from Marquest) which includes:
"Since Marquest’s last report filed on December 10, 2012, Marquest Holdings have
decrease by 5,750,000 common shares of the Reporting Issuer. This represents a net
decrease of 10.45% of the outstanding common shares of the Issuer on a partiallydiluted basis
5. Designation and number or principal amount of securities and the eligible institutional investor’s security holding percentage in the class of securities at the end of the month for which the report is made: Marquest, on its behalf and on behalf of the portfolios of investment funds managed by it, exercises no control or direction over of the Reporting Issuer."
If I am reading this correctly Marquest now holds zero shares in Logan Copper? I am guessing that they (Marquest) held warrants only and they have expired.
It would be nice - to say the least to here any kind of news from Logan Copper.
