RE:RE:RE:Image makeover

Shuman didn’t join to sit there and watch this trade pointlessly at 40 cents Canadian forever.

RE:RE:Image makeover

Image makeover

Imaging really does cover everything they do.  Apteryx is a unique name, easy to find and remember, albeit difficult to spell.  I’m sure Shuman helped to engineer this change.  I think ...more

Get the feeling

We’re going to see a new module relatively soon.  They might have reworked the image to enhance the impact of whatever we see (AI?).  Could the follow with RS.

Revenue growth

Hasn’t been super fast, but I think it will start to tick up.  Last two years have been about moving to SaaS and reducing 3rd party sales.  As they add new modules, revs will follow.   ...more

New Module in 2019?

They list that as one of their goals.  We’re there not to be one, they likely would have removed that objective.  If there is one, will it be XV Web AI, or something else? Alao note, they ...more

Alternatively

MC is around $12 million US.  With 2020 revs of at least $17 million, should be at least 2.5x, or $42 million.  That’s more than $1.

Looking ahead

My quick model has them earning at least 3 cents US a share in 2020.  Apply a low 20x multiple.  Should be at least 60 cents US right now.  That’s bare minimum stuff.  In reality ...more

RE:Q2

You mean debentures.  There are C $2.5 million due.  They will probably have close to $3.5 C million by then.  So, could easily reduce it by $1.5 C million or more without straining ...more

Q2

Getting better, slowly but steady. Most important, it looks like they are not going to do another financing round for the end of October warrants.

Spin-off

Should LED separate it’s high margin software business from the equipment side?  Or, perhaps, spin-off the AI unit.  Or, perhaps create three units.  The Gum-Gum spinoff of Pearl, plus ...more
