Thank you for the great post crystalene, I skimmed over that report your talking about a while back, but never saw that part about discussions with Thompson Creek

Things with mining companies always get delayed, the proof is going to be in the pudding with Leeward.  No smoke and mirrors here.  They are relying on the major discovery at Delta to push the price up and get things rolling.  If it takes a couple weeks longer to get things rolling, no problem...Better they get it right...
