The only negative is the need for lots of capital for processing, but this has not prevented the Cdn potash deposits from trading much higher
they hired an investment bank a while back  with no news 
IFFCO  the Indian Farmers Cooperative owns 21%  have they bought strategic assets before
a listing in Canada TSX would be very smart   lots of money has been made in the sector 
this is going very fast or the sector is about to turn

i agree bollinger bands are narrowing so thinking it will go up soon as last time was obviously a false signal - 60 year mine life not too shabby - worst case scenario is SP breaks lower band and trades down to 60 cents good risk/reward here, the potential for phosphate is huge in the long run. i think that is why the stock price is staying low........if these guys go at it alone with a ratio of equity financing and debt then the stock will be diluted hugely.  I would like to see a big fish buy them out for 8 dollars and then build the mine themselves.  I LGDI has to build the mine then there will be so many shares outstanding that it wont be worth it from a shareholders point

good entry here i think in low sixties , wouldnt hurt to get some USD as a hedge to Canadian.
