RE: LOY unionization Yes my concern is not so much that they have a unionized workforce, although I agree it is not good. I am more concerned that that this happened under their management.
The private ESL industry is mostly non –union in this country so it makes we wonder if their management style is at fault.
It also raises big questions for further acquisitions becoming unionized and the accuracy of LOY revenue projections.
