I believe their Q3 mda also mentioned that they had signed non-binding loi's (several i think).

I think now that their q3 results were very good, and it showed that there is some organic growth, should see a higher multiple since it gives credibility that they are actually growing.  

their financing closes this week, i've also heard that brokers that are in the deal can't actually solicit business until it actually closes.  So should see some movement this week and next week.
