Student housing?I am not sure if a lot of these posters have ANY idea of what they are talking about.
Student Housing? This already existed under the original KGIC acquistion. THAT is the student housing.
If student housing is such a cash cow why havent other schools done it?
I got some great property in florida for sale are you guys in?? lol
If you want to write about positives that will help investors make good decisions, then lets hear about why WTC is no longer around? Lets hear about how this company is moving forward with new hires, restructuring of recent acquistions(whats going on with MTI?), etc...
This board is full cheerleaders which is tiresome and suspicious.
I am happy to see this stock go up dont get me wrong, but lets not build it up on a deck of cards.
