RE: Takeout CandidatesI am pretty sure LOY was turned down by SGIC once already. Perhaps if the offer is increased they will sell but I dont think Mr.Ryu wants to overpay again like they did for KGIC
As for WTC it makes sense to buy the Toronto campus but from what I understand the owner refuses to sell to LOY.
Just FYI... WTC in Vancouver no longer exists , it is now called Cornerstone Vancouver. The branding of WTC by LOY was too weak and it was not attracting enough students.
